Globe Talent Connect uses its unique needs gathering and analysis grid to clearly define your project: number of employees, types of positions, profiles sought, sector of activity, performance expectations, salary offer.
We offer you options for face-to-face or virtual recruitment missions, depending on your project, your company’s preferences and validated immigration criteria.
We initiate the candidate pre-selection process: possible countries for targeted recruitment, contacts at destination. A date for a face-to-face or virtual mission is confirmed.
As part of a face-to-face or virtual mission, a presentation of Quebec is given to candidates from the source country – professional and social life in Quebec: economic environment, general working, living and weather conditions. The hiring company presents its production process, mission and values to potential candidates. A face-to-face mission includes Globe Talent Connect’s handling of travel documents, interpretation services and a 24-hour escort service at destination.
Once we’ve unearthed the rare pearls, we collect the documents needed to prepare the employment contracts. We then apply for work permits and take the necessary immigration steps with the various government departments and agencies. Throughout the process, we keep in touch with the relevant government bodies to ensure that the application runs smoothly.
Once the permit application has been completed, we begin the process of perfecting English or French, and plan for the arrival of the candidates. We take care of the logistics of transporting the candidates (plane tickets), and assist you in renting an apartment for them. On request, we’ll be happy to support you with a range of additional services
Since our recruitment service is all-inclusive, it also includes the important logistical stage of welcoming and settling in on Canadian soil. Once foreign workers have arrived in the country, a member of our team accompanies them, and provide them with everything needed, ensuring their peace of mind and yours: registering for health insurance, obtaining a social insurance number, opening a bank account, obtaining a telephone line, purchasing furnishings and seasonal clothing (if applicable), and so on.
When candidates and their families arrive, Globe Talent Connect deploys a social and professional welcome program.
You’ll also receive the support you need to help you manage diversity and integrate new employees into your company.
Although our selection process is extremely rigorous, and our tests are designed to assess both skills and employee-employer compatibility, it is possible to take out a replacement guarantee. This guarantee covers the first three (3) months of employment. If, after the three-month period, a worker does not meet the employer’s expectations, the candidate will be replaced free of charge.
